City Hall and the park, 4 minutes from the door.
The harbour, the market and the waterfront path are all on the same short walk.

3 min walk to the market. 3 min walk to the water.
The building sits at Ontario and Princess, which is the corner downtown Kingston is organised around. City Hall, Confederation Park and the harbour are south of the door, the restaurants and bars on lower Princess start at the corner, and the Saturday market is behind City Hall.
Queen's is the one thing that is not on the doorstep. It is 20 minutes on foot along Princess and Union, or 7 on a bike, with no hill in either direction.
- Springer Market Square, 3 min walk
- Confederation Basin and the harbour, 3 min walk
- Queen's campus, 20 min walk or 7 min bike
- Kingston Transit at the door, routes 31 and 32
- The Downtown Transfer Point, 7 min walk

Brick, stone and hardwood. Not a feature wall.
The building is original masonry and the suites were renovated rather than gutted, so the brick and limestone are still in the living space. Floors are hardwood, kitchens have wood cabinetry and granite counters, and every suite has its own washer and dryer, which on this block is the exception. This photograph is of an unfurnished suite in the building.
- Washer and dryer in the suite
- Dishwasher and microwave
- Renovated kitchens and washrooms
- Hardwood floors
- Exposed brick or stone in select suites
- Waterfront views from select suites

What a bedroom actually costs
Rent is what gets advertised. This is everything, per person, per month. Change the suite and the optional lines and the total moves with them.
The hydro, internet, insurance and parking figures are estimates for a downtown Kingston apartment, not rates quoted by this building. Ask the leasing office for its actual numbers before you budget against them. Most suites are on electric baseboard heat, so heat is on the hydro bill and the winter months run well above the average. Per-suite costs are divided evenly across the bedrooms. Suites are unfurnished. Rents are per bedroom, per month, in CAD, on a 12-month lease.
